creative solution for a screw hole in kitchen cabinet?
I am buying a house, and for some reason..the previous owners decided to put 1 screw in the dead center of 4 wood cabinets to hang stuff on…
The problem is that I won’t be able to put wood putty on them and stain them.
Any creative/decorative solutions that anyone can think of?
The only thing I’ve come up with so far is to put a decorative knob there..but I think that would look kind of silly.

You could glue on some sort of decorative wood applique to each one. Find a molding/hardwood shop local. My local one stocks several styles like grapes, leaves, etc. They can order others. That could set the theme for your kitchen. Ask them how to stain/paint, finish and attach them.

You can restore kitchen cabinets either by yourself or by hiring carpenters or experts. If you do it yourself, you need to be careful so that you do not damage the cabinet. This is especially true if you happen to be a first timer to cleaning and restoring.
